1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PLANOVIEW ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

PLANOVIEW is a Dubai-based architecture competition consultancy that connects architects with project opportunities through competitive design processes. The Platform facilitates competition hosting, submission management, jury evaluation, and post-competition commissions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Users may register as Architects, Clients, or Jury members, each with distinct platform capabilities and responsibilities.

4. Competition Rules

Each competition on PLANOVIEW may have specific rules, deadlines, and evaluation criteria set by the organizing Client. By submitting an entry, you agree to the specific competition terms. Submissions are anonymized during jury evaluation to ensure fair assessment. PLANOVIEW reserves the right to remove any submission that violates platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including designs, drawings, and written materials. By submitting content, you grant PLANOVIEW a limited license to display, distribute, and process your content as necessary to operate the Platform and facilitate competitions. Competition-specific IP terms may be defined by the organizing Client.

6. Commissions and Payments

PLANOVIEW facilitates commission agreements between Clients and Architects following competitions. PLANOVIEW charges a platform fee on commission transactions. Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are agreed between commission parties, with PLANOVIEW providing escrow and milestone tracking services.

7. Limitation of Liability

PLANOVIEW provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to PLANOVIEW in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. PLANOVIEW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, though provisions regarding IP, liability, and dispute resolution survive.
